Accommodation is offered in 9 spacious caravan and camping sites are available, each with their own power point and braai stand. Starter firewood provided. Luxury ablution block and scullery facility available.
Kiaat Caravan Park has a generator to assist during power outages. The generator will run between 19:00 - 21:00 and 05:00 - 07:00.
Situated in Hazyview close to Kruger Park and 40 km from the Panorama route, Graskop, Pilgrims Rest etc. Sites like God's Window, Wonderview and various waterfalls a must to see.
The Sabie road has been closed. No throughway from Sabie to Hazyview.

The resort is beautifully well maintained. Lots of trees and coolness. Very clean ablution. Lovely quiet.

It is a lovely place. We were at the wildlife park every day. It's nice and close. The children had a great time playing and swimming. We were mostly alone. There were other people for 1 or 2 nights. I think the ablution facilities are good, but I think they will be insufficient if the park is fully booked.

The owners of Kiaat make personal visits every day. Tell you more about Kiaat. Ablution is very clean and tidy. Get basket of wood for free, and garbage is removed every day. Even during "loadshedding" power is on in the evening. Could use tumble dryer if needed, or washing machine/fridge/freezer, at no extra cost. We were able to use Lapa, on January 1, 2023, and owners were there to hear if we found everything in order. Would definitely recommend Kiaat, friendly people and great pets. Oh, we already miss you. Thank you very much.

I have never been to a campsite where the owner checks if we are happy every day! The facilities are well maintained and the campsites have beautiful gardens between sites, which really add to privacy. The sites are large and flat. And have beautiful grass on each one. The bathrooms are clean and tidy at all times. The extra touch of access to a fridge, washing machine and tumble drier are great.
We were received so kindly. We have camping and the facilities are great. Everything is so clean and tidy. It is peaceful and will definitely use Kiaat again for overnight to Wildtuin
We had a nice grass-covered pitch under trees with a neat braai area. Even wood is provided! Clean bathrooms and even a washing machine at no extra cost. Good value for money

It's a lovely place, you can just take a walk down to the river with a nice chair or 2, especially for birdwatchers. Love the detail and the fact that you make each site private with the garden. Would recommend just another ablution.

Kiaat Caravan Parl is definitely on my overnight stay list for the future! Received very good customer service from Peggy and Irma, who go out of their way for guests. The resort is well located and access roads easy and in good condition for any vehicle to use. We also felt very safe, security is well in place. We went camping there for the weekend. The site is neat and very clean. Beautiful pool and nice and quiet. We will go again.

All grounds fully grassed, ablutions clean and kept clean all day. close to all points of interests, will return to enjoy calm relaxed atmosphere. No need to lock away your stuff. Feels like home!!!

From our arrival to our departure the bathrooms were clean throughout. Aunty Peggy is a wonderful hostess, always ensuring that the gardens, accommodation, lawns and even the dogs are well looked after. We enjoyed our stay, felt safe and enjoyed cycling in the area. Kiaat provided us with comfortable overnight accommodation on the way to the Kruger Park and back. The caravan park is intimate, well equipped and has complete grass stands with flowerbeds and garden between stands. There's a jungle gym for the kids, swimming pool, spotless and brand new ablution blocks and 'n beautiful view. The braai area for a group of people under big trees is beautiful (and not against the stands), and the Zen garden creates another great atmosphere. The water and power points are convenient for all the stand, and it's easy to set up at the tap and power point. We saw the owner every morning where she popped in to make sure if everything was in order. Kiaat is a relatively new caravan park that deserves to succeed and be very successful.
Staff provides excellent service. Environment is fantastic and view wonderful. We had a very good stay and good night's sleep in the most beautiful natural surroundings. Everything was in its place with the necessary firewood also neatly packed in a crate. Will recommend it anytime and already shared our experience with fellow campers in the game park. Will defintiely go there again.

We enjoyed it very much. The campsite was very neatly maintained with beautiful plants around us. The bathrooms were always tidy. Very peaceful atmosphere and would highly recommend this place.
Large spacious pitches with water and power available. Bathrooms incredibly clean and pleasant to use. Short, however, of large trees - the pitch was full in the sun until late in the afternoon. Booking confirmed with a "Google Account Reminder" on my calendar - what a pleasure!
We were welcomed with open arms and the place is very centrally located. We only slept over to go into the wildlife park the next day, but will certainly be able to visit there longer. Incredibly beautiful and neat place. Would highly recommend. Irma went out of her way to make it comfortable for us.
As with all public places where people congregate over a period of time, you will always find a person or group that doesn't mind the needs of others. This was our second time visiting here. Easter weekend 2014 was wonderful and very peaceful. Easter weekend 2015 our neighbors were noisy until late at night and we didn't sleep much, on Saturday night we had an argument, after which they calmed down. The rest of the weekend was wonderfully peaceful. The grounds are very well maintained and the facilities are kept impeccably clean. It's always clean and tidy. Only the urinal in the new men's bathroom is installed too high.
